Jde o n\u00e1zev odno\u017ee budhistick\u00e9ho n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed, ale v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b jej pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me jako vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00edho klidu a m\u00edru. Nal\u00e9z\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto stavu je dlouhou cestou, kter\u00e1 vy\u017eaduje spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed vlastn\u00edch priorit, zastaven\u00ed se, p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed, ale i um\u011bn\u00ed tok my\u0161lenek zastavit a zkr\u00e1tka jen b\u00fdt. Proces m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt o to slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, pokud zast\u00e1v\u00e1te n\u00e1ro\u010dnou pracovn\u00ed pozici a m\u00e1te m\u00e1lo voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu. Hledat sv\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed v\u00e1m mohou pomoci n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed tipy.<\/strong><\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u017dijte p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010casto jsme nastaven\u00ed tak, abychom se neust\u00e1le honili za n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, co n\u00e1s \u010dek\u00e1 v budoucnosti a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se tr\u00e1p\u00edme n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, co bylo nebo nebylo v minulosti. Propojte se s ostatn\u00edmi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Velmi t\u011b\u017eko dos\u00e1hnete pocitu \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, pokud se neobklop\u00edte osobami, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te r\u00e1di. Starejte se o vztahy se sv\u00fdmi bl\u00edzk\u00fdmi, travte s nimi dostatek \u010dasu. Kdy\u017e se \u010dlov\u011bk ohl\u00e9dne zp\u011bt, vid\u00ed, \u017ee ta dramata nakonec byly t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 bezv\u00fdznamn\u00e9 epizody a \u017ee \u010dasto vypl\u00fdtv\u00e1me velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie zveli\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm a strachem,\u201c vysv\u011btluje Richard Jisl.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Zjednodu\u0161te v\u0161e, co jde<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ur\u010dete si, co je pro v\u00e1s d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, tomu v\u011bnujte energii a v\u0161eho ostatn\u00edho se zbavte. \u0158e\u010d je o \u010dinnostech, v\u011bcech i lidech. Eliminujete tak chaos ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b a doc\u00edl\u00edte v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed spokojenosti. V jednoduchosti je p\u0159ece kr\u00e1sa.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Meditujte<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 se hned u\u010dit slo\u017eit\u00e9 jog\u00ednsk\u00e9 pozice \u010di se \u00fa\u010dastnit hromadn\u00fdch meditac\u00ed pod veden\u00edm lektora.
