Jde o stav absolutn\u00edho klidu s minim\u00e1ln\u00ed pohybovou aktivitou a v\u00fdrazn\u011b omezen\u00fdm vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00edm okoln\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Mozek je p\u0159i sp\u00e1nku aktivn\u00ed a funk\u010dn\u00ed, ale jeho ment\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dinnost je od bd\u011bl\u00e9ho stavu zcela odli\u0161n\u00e1. Sp\u00e1nek a jeho kvalita maj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00fd vliv na na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed, v\u00fdkonnost a regeneraci sil. Jak zajistit, aby byl sp\u00e1nek co nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a m\u011bl blahod\u00e1rn\u00fd vliv na n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot?<\/strong><\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<p>Kvalita sp\u00e1nku je podm\u00edn\u011bna mnoha faktory, z nich\u017e n\u011bkter\u00e9 se daj\u00ed a jin\u00e9 nedaj\u00ed ovlivnit. V\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 poruchy jsou dom\u00e9nou dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00edho zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed a ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 zde velmi siln\u00e1 skupina faktor\u016f, ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch kvalitu sp\u00e1nku, kterou lze \u0159e\u0161it i z laick\u00e9ho pohledu pom\u011brn\u011b snadno.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Psychika jako z\u00e1kladn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed k\u00e1men zdrav\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prvn\u00ed oblast\u00ed je na\u0161e psychika, tedy to, v jak\u00e9m psychick\u00e9m stavu ul\u00e9h\u00e1me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm nedostatkem je, \u017ee jsme je\u0161t\u011b plni my\u0161lenek z p\u0159edchoz\u00ed \u010dinnosti, a\u0165 je to zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed nebo pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m nedaj\u00ed usnout.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eZ hlediska orient\u00e1ln\u00ed medic\u00edny, jej\u00ed\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed jsou tak\u00e9 shiatsu mas\u00e1\u017ee, hovo\u0159\u00edme o tom, \u017ee se energie hromad\u00ed v hlav\u011b a br\u00e1n\u00ed jej\u00ed plynul\u00e9 cirkulaci, kter\u00e1 je p\u0159edpokladem pro klidnou noc. Pak je nutno na\u0161i energii op\u011bt odv\u00e9st z t\u00e9to oblasti a rozv\u00e9st ji do cel\u00e9ho t\u011bla,\u201c vysv\u011btluje fyzioterapeut a odborn\u00fd \u0159editel <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthy-life.cz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">centra Healthy-Life<\/a> Richard Jisl a dod\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee nejlep\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem je stimulace opa\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u00f3lu t\u011bla, tedy chodidel. Stejn\u011b dob\u0159e funguj\u00ed i jemn\u00e9 tlakov\u00e9 mas\u00e1\u017ee chodidel s prodlou\u017een\u00fdm v\u00fddechem.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt stav, kdy jsme rozru\u0161eni, a to t\u0159eba h\u00e1dkou s bl\u00edzk\u00fdm \u010dlov\u011bkem, vyhl\u00eddkou na z\u00edt\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed pl\u00e1ny nebo vidinou brzk\u00e9ho vst\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Zde doch\u00e1z\u00ed dle tradi\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edny k vybuzen\u00ed na\u0161eho ducha &#8211; shen z p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho klidu a t\u00edm se energie nejen tla\u010d\u00ed op\u011bt do hlavy, ale je neuspo\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e1 a vede k nap\u011bt\u00ed na hrudn\u00edku, kdy c\u00edt\u00edme bu\u0161en\u00ed srdce a siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nervozitu. U\u0161kodit pr\u00fd v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee i t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 a zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b masit\u00e1 strava.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eIde\u00e1ln\u00ed je se p\u0159ed span\u00edm nezneklid\u0148ovat. Co se t\u00fd\u010de stravy, zde doporu\u010duji j\u00edst v\u00edce men\u0161\u00edch j\u00eddel v pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne a zakon\u010dit to lehkou ve\u010de\u0159\u00ed kolem 18. hodiny. Ta by m\u011bla b\u00fdt slo\u017eena p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b ze zeleniny, bez majon\u00e9z a t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch dresing\u016f.
