I \u010dist\u011b rekrea\u010dn\u00ed sport v\u0161ak v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b vyb\u00edz\u00ed hlavn\u011b k v\u00fdkon\u016fm a vytrval\u00e1 snaha p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat sebe sam\u00e9ho i ostatn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed a zran\u011bn\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak si vybrat ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd sport?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eSpr\u00e1vn\u00fd sport je ten, u kter\u00e9ho si odpo\u010dinete, nabije v\u00e1s energi\u00ed, optimismem a nad\u0161en\u00edm do v\u0161edn\u00edho dne. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed kontakt, jin\u00ed naopak klid a samotu. Prvn\u00edm pravidlem je nepou\u0161t\u011bt se do sportov\u00e1n\u00ed v \u00fanav\u011b \u010di vyhrocen\u00fdch emo\u010dn\u00edch situac\u00edch, ve \u0161patn\u00fdch pov\u011btrnostn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, pod vlivem alkoholu \u010di jin\u00fdch l\u00e1tek sni\u017euj\u00edc\u00edch pozornost a p\u0159i jak\u00fdchkoliv jin\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 mohou riziko zran\u011bn\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161it.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eP\u0159ed sportem se dob\u0159e rozcvi\u010dte a v jeho pr\u016fb\u011bhu v\u011bnujte pozornost provozu na sportovi\u0161t\u00edch \u2013 eliminujte ne\u0161vary jako je telefonov\u00e1n\u00ed, nat\u00e1\u010den\u00ed nebo focen\u00ed v rizikov\u00fdch m\u00edstech. Po ukon\u010den\u00ed sportovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti zakon\u010dete celou aktivitu vhodnou regenerac\u00ed \u2013 ne v\u017edy je to pr\u00e1v\u011b v \u010desk\u00fdch zem\u00edch obl\u00edben\u00e9 sezen\u00ed u piva,\u201c poznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 fyzioterapeut Richard Jisl. U kolektivn\u00edch sport\u016f hroz\u00ed poran\u011bn\u00ed sebe nebo protihr\u00e1\u010de, nebo\u0165 v \u00fanav\u011b se zhor\u0161uje koordinace a odhad. P\u0159i individu\u00e1ln\u00edch sportech hroz\u00ed p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed, jednostrann\u00e9 obt\u00ed\u017ee, poran\u011bn\u00ed nebo dlouhodob\u00e1 \u00fanava \u010di nemoc. \u201eOp\u011bt nejspolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edm ukazatelem je sledovat, jak se c\u00edt\u00edme druh\u00fd, t\u0159et\u00ed den po sportov\u00e1n\u00ed, n\u011bkdy n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee informace poskytnout i na\u0161e klidov\u00e1 tepov\u00e1 frekvence. Jak ji\u017e bylo \u0159e\u010deno, dobije v\u00e1s energi\u00ed a pos\u00edl\u00ed v\u00e1s. Krom\u011b toho tak\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k dobr\u00e9mu tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a kvalitn\u00edmu sp\u00e1nku.
