Dva roky tam pak zau\u010doval domorod\u00e9 obyvatele, zvykl\u00e9 dosud jen na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed kov\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, vyr\u00e1b\u011bt tehdej\u0161\u00ed hit \u010deskoslovensk\u00e9 automobilky \u2013 v\u016fz \u0160koda Octavia Combi.<\/strong><\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<p>Bohuslav \u010ctvrte\u010dka je \u0161kodov\u00e1k srdcem i du\u0161\u00ed. Se z\u00e1vodem ve v\u00fdchodo\u010desk\u00fdch Kvasin\u00e1ch spojil cel\u00fd sv\u016fj \u017eivot a dodnes jej neopustil. Na sn\u00edmku Bohuslav \u010ctvrte\u010dka vpravo.<\/figcaption><\/figure><br>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159ed pades\u00e1ti lety byl expertem na tehdy u\u017e deset let vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fd model\u00a0\u0160koda Octavia Combi. Jako vedouc\u00ed technick\u00e9 kontroly ve sva\u0159ovn\u011b znal ka\u017ed\u00fd \u0161roubek toho vozu, a tak dostal nab\u00eddku, zda by se ujal mont\u00e1\u017ee v\u00a0dalek\u00e9m Chile. K\u00fdvl a za dva m\u011bs\u00edce odlet\u011bl, aby nau\u010dil obyvatele jin\u00e9ho kontinentu montovat auta. Ve m\u011bst\u011b Arica, kde byla v\u00fdroba domluvena, pracovali ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edch\u00a0hal\u00e1ch prakticky pouze domorod\u00ed obyvatel\u00e9.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Auto, kter\u00e9 dob\u00fdvalo sv\u011bt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Octavia Combi byla vozem, o kter\u00e9m v\u00a0\u0161edes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech\u00a0snili \u010deskosloven\u0161t\u00ed t\u00e1tov\u00e9 od rodin, chata\u0159i a chalup\u00e1\u0159i. V\u016fz se sice jen t\u0159\u00eddve\u0159ovou, ale tehdy unik\u00e1tn\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1danou karoseri\u00ed kombi, na svou d\u00e9lku lehce p\u0159es \u010dty\u0159i metry neuv\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b prostorn\u00e9, byteln\u00e9 a z dne\u0161n\u00edho pohledu s t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ter\u00e9nn\u00edm podvozkem. V letech 1961 a\u017e 1971 se ho vyrobilo p\u0159es 54 000 kus\u016f.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<p>Auto s\u00a0motorem vp\u0159edu a pohonem zadn\u00edch kol a r\u00e1movou konstrukc\u00ed bylo jednoduch\u00e9 a robustn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Kdy\u017e se z\u00e1\u010f zat\u00ed\u017eila pytlem cementu, projela Octavia i notn\u011b rozbahn\u011bnou poln\u00ed cestou. I d\u00edky tomu se stala \u017e\u00e1dan\u00fdm v\u00fdvozn\u00edm artiklem, komb\u00edky si ve sv\u00e9 dob\u011b objednala islandsk\u00e1 policie do tamn\u00edch drsn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek, vozy se vyv\u00e1\u017eely do D\u00e1nska, Norska, ale t\u0159eba i Austr\u00e1lie.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>A do\u0161lo tak\u00e9 na licen\u010dn\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017e, a\u0165 u\u017e cel\u00fdch voz\u016f, nebo jen \u0161asi, na kter\u00e1 se na m\u00edst\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bly vlastn\u00ed karoserie. Na vozech je patrn\u00fd v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd prach, hala byla toti\u017e otev\u0159en\u00e1 z obou stran.<\/figcaption><\/figure><br>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Octavia z Ameriky<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne zcela zn\u00e1mou kapitolou byla mont\u00e1\u017e velk\u00fdch celk\u016f (tzv. CKD) tak\u00e9 v\u00a0Chile na p\u0159elomu 60. a 70. let. Za dva roky zde vzniklo 300 a\u017e 400 voz\u016f Octavia Combi. Mont\u00e1\u017e prob\u00edhala za velmi jednoduch\u00fdch podm\u00ednek a prakticky v\u00fdhradn\u011b ru\u010dn\u011b. Na v\u00fdrobu na m\u00edst\u011b dohl\u00ed\u017eel pr\u00e1v\u011b Bohuslav \u010ctvrte\u010dka. Tehdy 28let\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec kvasinsk\u00e9ho z\u00e1vodu pr\u00fd moc nev\u00e1hal. I kdy\u017e neum\u011bl \u0161pan\u011blsky ani slovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eNe\u017e jsem na za\u010d\u00e1tku roku 1970 vyrazil do Chile, vozy \u0160koda se tam ji\u017e montovaly. Kdy\u017e jsem p\u0159ijel, vid\u011bl jsem tam u\u017e jezdit star\u0161\u00ed pick-up 1201,\u201c vzpom\u00edn\u00e1 na t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 zapomenutou\u00a0historii v\u00fdroby \u010deskoslovensk\u00fdch voz\u016f v zahrani\u010d\u00ed.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku se jednalo z celn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f jen o kompletaci prakticky hotov\u00e9ho vozu. Do jednoho p\u0159epravn\u00edho boxu se v Kvasin\u00e1ch um\u00edstila u\u017e nalakovan\u00e1 karoserie s \u010daloun\u011bn\u00fdm interi\u00e9rem, do druh\u00e9ho se ulo\u017eily dva podvozky. Vrcholem snad byly t\u0159i vozy denn\u011b. Do \u201ev\u00fdroby\u201c se toti\u017e brali jen m\u00edstn\u00ed obyvatel\u00e9, co\u017e\u00a0v\u00a0okol\u00ed nejsevern\u011bj\u0161\u00edho <a href=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arica\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chilsk\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstavu Arica<\/a>\u00a0byli prakticky v\u00fdhradn\u011b domorodci, kte\u0159\u00ed se do t\u00e9 doby zab\u00fdvali p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00edm \u010di obchodov\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201ePak ale tamn\u00ed vl\u00e1da zv\u00fd\u0161ila po\u017eadavek na pod\u00edl m\u00edstn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f, a tak jsme za\u010dali zji\u0161\u0165ovat, kter\u00e9 sou\u010d\u00e1stky lze dod\u00e1vat z\u00a0chilsk\u00fdch zdroj\u016f, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad akumul\u00e1tor, kola nebo pneumatiky,\u201c vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 Bohuslav \u010ctvrte\u010dka. Postupn\u011b se pod\u00edl lok\u00e1ln\u00ed produkce zvy\u0161oval.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ru\u010dn\u00ed lis a domorod\u00fd kov\u00e1\u0159<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jen\u017ee m\u011blo to sv\u00e1 \u00faskal\u00ed. Nap\u0159\u00edklad chyb\u011bl lis a tak\u00e9 kvalifikovan\u00ed mechanici. \u201eAle po\u017eadavek zn\u011bl, \u017ee mus\u00edme n\u011bjak\u00e9 lisovan\u00e9 d\u00edly vyr\u00e1b\u011bt. Jestli\u017ee v sou\u010dasnosti u n\u011bkter\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed nem\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tolerance vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 0,2 milimetru, tehdy se\u00a0v\u00a0Chile\u00a0samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nehled\u011blo ani na milimetrov\u00e9 odchylky.\u201c<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<p>Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b to kladlo velk\u00e9 n\u00e1roky na schopnost m\u00edstn\u00edch lid\u00ed poradit si s\u00a0fin\u00e1ln\u00ed mont\u00e1\u017e\u00ed, proto\u017ee \u0159ada d\u00edl\u016f prost\u011b neodpov\u00eddala p\u016fvodn\u00edmu o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. \u201eVybavuji si t\u0159eba kov\u00e1\u0159e, kter\u00fd d\u0159\u00edve d\u011blal kon\u00edm podkovy. O v\u00fdrob\u011b auta nev\u011bd\u011bl nic, ale m\u011bl zlat\u00e9 ruce. Ten \u010dlov\u011bk dok\u00e1zal se z\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u00fdbavou hotov\u00e9 divy. Posledn\u00ed v\u016fz vyjel z\u00a0Kvasin 21. prosince 1971.<\/li><li>V\u016fz je velmi kompaktn\u00ed: 4065 \u00d7 1600 \u00d7 1430 mm, ov\u0161em o to v\u00edc prostorn\u00fd. Rezerva m\u011bla vlastn\u00ed prostor pod dnem zavazadeln\u00edku, a byla tak p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00e1 i s pln\u011b nalo\u017een\u00fdm kufrem.<\/li><li>K pohonu slou\u017eil slavn\u00fd <strong>\u010dty\u0159v\u00e1lec OHV o objemu 1,2 litru<\/strong> a v\u00fdkonu 47 kon\u00ed, od roku 1969 pos\u00edlen\u00fd na 51 kon\u00ed. Stejn\u00fd motor poh\u00e1n\u011bl dal\u0161\u00ed des\u00edtky let dod\u00e1vku \u0160koda 1203 (a jej\u00edho slovensk\u00e9ho n\u00e1stupce), p\u016fvod robustn\u00ed jednotky p\u0159itom sah\u00e1 do roku 1938 k modelu Popular.<\/li><li>Krom\u011b osobn\u00edho kombi existovala i <strong>u\u017eitkov\u00e1 verze<\/strong> se zaslepen\u00fdmi zadn\u00edmi okny.<\/li><li>V\u00a0roce 1965 p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed modernizace: v\u016fz dost\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010dern\u00fd volant a slune\u010dn\u00ed clony nebo zrc\u00e1tka z\u00a0modern\u00edho modelu 1000 MB.
