Aerobn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 dopl\u0148ovat silov\u00fdm tr\u00e9ninkem v\u0161ech parti\u00ed, aby t\u011blo z\u00edskalo pevn\u00e9 tvary.
