Ta by nem\u011bla b\u00fdt t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 vydatn\u00e1, aby v\u00e1m dodala energii. V rann\u00edch hodin\u00e1ch se hod\u00ed konzumovat ovoce, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 hodn\u011b cukr\u016f, proto\u017ee m\u00e1 pak t\u011blo je\u0161t\u011b spoustu \u010dasu je do ve\u010dera stihnout zpracovat. Hitem jsou smoothie drinky, co takhle zkusit nap\u0159\u00edklad smoothie s bor\u016fvkami, kter\u00e9 jsou v\u00fdborn\u00e9 na detoxikaci organismu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Pro p\u0159\u00edpravu bor\u016fvkov\u00e9ho smoothie sta\u010d\u00ed rozmixovat bor\u016fvky, \u0161pen\u00e1t, kousek avok\u00e1da pro zjemn\u011bn\u00ed a pot\u00e9 p\u0159idat chia sem\u00ednka.
