Proto jsme pro v\u00e1s p\u0159ipravili p\u00e1r typ\u016f a rad, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m mohou pomoci p\u0159i za\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed dom\u00e1c\u00edch pracoven.<\/strong><\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak tedy p\u0159edej\u00edt zdravotn\u00edm rizik\u016fm spojen\u00fdch s prac\u00ed z domova? \u201eZ\u00e1kladem je spr\u00e1vn\u011b vybaven\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed m\u00edsto. To dok\u00e1\u017ee t\u011bmto probl\u00e9m\u016fm p\u0159edch\u00e1zet a tak\u00e9 ergonomie, co\u017e je v\u011bda, kter\u00e1 se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00edm n\u00e1stroj\u016f a prost\u0159ed\u00ed tak, aby byly vhodn\u00e9 pro t\u011blesnou stavbu \u010dlov\u011bka,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 s \u00fasm\u011bvem Michal Hotmar ze spole\u010dnosti RIM CZ. V kancel\u00e1\u0159i, a to i v t\u00e9 \u201edom\u00e1c\u00ed\u201c, by proto m\u011blo ergonomii podl\u00e9hat ve\u0161ker\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed. \u201eDesign ide ruku v ruku s praktick\u00fdm vyu\u017eit\u00edm priestoru. Velmi aktu\u00e1lne t\u00e9ma je prepojenie z\u00f3ny pre odpo\u010dinok a relax\u00e1ciu s dom\u00e1cou pracovnou,\u201c dopl\u0148uje Milan Nagy ze stejn\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti.&nbsp;<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak hlubok\u00fd by m\u011bl b\u00fdt m\u016fj st\u016fl?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Obvykle jsou stoly hlubok\u00e9 80 cm od p\u0159edn\u00ed strany k zadn\u00ed. To poskytuje dostatek prostoru pro v\u011bci, jako je monitor, kl\u00e1vesnice a my\u0161. Ergonomick\u00e1 my\u0161 umo\u017e\u0148uje z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed udr\u017eovat v neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed poloze, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jako byste n\u011bkomu pod\u00e1vali ruku.
