Tak\u00e9 v\u0161ak redukovat dopady stresu nebo migr\u00e9ny,\u201c vysv\u011btluje lektor, kter\u00fd vyu\u010duje meditaci tak\u00e9 v online kurzech. Naopak: to, \u017ee z hlavy odch\u00e1zej\u00ed my\u0161lenky a stimuly, je jen vedlej\u0161\u00edm projevem toho, \u017ee z na\u0161eho \u201esyst\u00e9mu\u201c odch\u00e1z\u00ed tak\u00e9 stres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Kdy\u017e se p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b po deseti minut\u00e1ch za\u010dnete z meditace vyno\u0159ovat, nejsp\u00ed\u0161 se budete c\u00edtit utlumen\u00ed, zpomalen\u00ed a l\u00edn\u00ed. To je spr\u00e1vn\u011b.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eLid\u00e9 o\u010dek\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee se hned po meditaci dostav\u00ed p\u0159\u00edliv energie. Ale tak to nen\u00ed.
