Sou\u010dasn\u011b ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1 mnoho m\u00fdt\u016f ohledn\u011b vzniku vysok\u00e9 hladiny cholesterolu. P\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edme v\u00e1m ty nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>M\u00fdtus \u010d. 1: Vaj\u00ed\u010dka nejsou zdrav\u00e1<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>K nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm m\u00fdt\u016fm o cholesterolu pat\u0159\u00ed tak\u00e9 ty ohledn\u011b potravin. P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u201edohady\u201c o vaj\u00ed\u010dk\u00e1ch, resp. \u017eloutc\u00edch (ty toti\u017e obsahuj\u00ed cholesterol). V\u00a0n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech l\u00e9ka\u0159i proti nim nic nemaj\u00ed, jindy je lidem s\u00a0vysok\u00fdm cholesterolem nedoporu\u010duj\u00ed. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch v\u011bdeck\u00fdch studi\u00ed konzumace \u017eloutk\u016f u lid\u00ed cholesterol zvy\u0161uje pouze m\u00edrn\u011b. Nebojte se proto vaj\u00ed\u010dek. Nen\u00ed to ale \u00fapln\u011b pravda. Na\u0161e t\u011blo ho do ur\u010dit\u00e9 m\u00edry pot\u0159ebuje. Je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9 bu\u0148ky v lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble a je d\u016fle\u017eitou stavebn\u00ed jednotkou nerv\u016f, mozkov\u00fdch bun\u011bk a n\u011bkter\u00fdch hormon\u016f. Z tohoto d\u016fvodu je pro n\u00e1\u0161 organismus nepostradateln\u00fd. Na druhou stranu ho ale nesm\u00edme m\u00edt v t\u011ble nadbytek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eCholesterol se d\u011bl\u00ed na \u201ehodn\u00fd\u201c HDL cholesterol a \u201ezl\u00fd\u201c LDL cholesterol \u2013 jedn\u00e1 se vlastn\u011b o dva r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159ena\u0161e\u010de cholesterolu v krvi. HDL dopravuje cholesterol z krve do jater, a tak chr\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00e9vy p\u0159ed jeho usazov\u00e1n\u00edm.\u00a0 Pozor bychom si m\u011bli d\u00e1t na LDL cholesterol. Ten se ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 do st\u011bn c\u00e9v a m\u016f\u017ee tak zap\u0159\u00ed\u010dinit vznik srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad infarkt nebo mrtvice,\u201c \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 prof. Z\u0159\u00edkat se masa ale nemus\u00edte \u00fapln\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Vyb\u00edrejte si libov\u00e9 kousky, nap\u0159\u00edklad z hov\u011bz\u00edho sv\u00ed\u010dkovou, plec nebo k\u00fdtu. Vyhn\u011bte se viditeln\u011b tu\u010dn\u00e9mu masu a p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b volte jin\u00e9 metody ne\u017e sma\u017een\u00ed.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale i o \u010derven\u00e9m mase plat\u00ed: neexistuje nezdrav\u00e1 potravina, jenom nezdrav\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed. P\u0159i konzumaci \u010derven\u00e9ho masa je st\u0159\u00eddmost na m\u00edst\u011b, ale vy\u0159azovat jej z\u00a0j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku zcela nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">M\u00fdtus \u010d. 4: <strong>\u201eJsem huben\u00fd a nic m\u011b nebol\u00ed\u201c. Nemohu m\u00edt tud\u00ed\u017e vysok\u00fd cholesterol<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vysok\u00fd cholesterol obvykle nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky, tud\u00ed\u017e ani nebol\u00ed. A objevit se m\u016f\u017ee i u lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou \u0161t\u00edhl\u00ed a nemaj\u00ed probl\u00e9m s\u00a0kily nav\u00edc. Hladina cholesterolu nen\u00ed z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na v\u00e1ze, ale na celkov\u00e9m \u017eivotn\u00edm stylu, genetice a kondici. \u201eLid\u00e9 by si hladinu cholesterolu m\u011bli pravideln\u011b kontrolovat i pokud se c\u00edt\u00ed dob\u0159e a nemaj\u00ed nadv\u00e1hu. Nejl\u00e9pe je vyu\u017e\u00edt syst\u00e9mu preventivn\u00edch prohl\u00eddek, v\u00a0r\u00e1mci kter\u00e9ho se ve stanoven\u00fdch intervalech m\u011b\u0159\u00ed hladiny cholesterolu v\u00a0krvi. Smutn\u00fdm medic\u00ednsk\u00fdm faktem je, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed ani nev\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1 nezdravou hladinu cholesterolu a k\u00a0l\u00e9ka\u0159i se dostanou, a\u017e kdy\u017e je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pozd\u011b \u2013 p\u0159i infarktu \u010di c\u00e9vn\u00ed mozkov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edhod\u011b,\u201c konstatuje prof. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b j\u00eddla jako je b\u016f\u010dek, s\u00e1dlo nebo tu\u010dn\u00e9 s\u00fdry nejsou zdrav\u00e1 ani pro lidi, kte\u0159\u00ed nemaj\u00ed probl\u00e9m s\u00a0cholesterolem. Ale i pokud m\u00e1te vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladinu cholesterolu, mohou pro v\u00e1s b\u00fdt n\u011bkter\u00e1 tu\u010dn\u00e1 j\u00eddla vhodn\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Zdrav\u00e9 jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad mo\u0159sk\u00e9 ryby jako je losos. Obsahuj\u00ed pro t\u011blo p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 omega-3 mastn\u00e9 kyseliny, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed na metabolismus vliv p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fd.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Olivov\u00fd olej je tak\u00e9 dobr\u00fdm zdrojem \u201espr\u00e1vn\u00fdch\u201c mastn\u00fdch kyselin. D\u00e1le do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku za\u0159a\u010fte o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky.
