Znalosti o zdrav\u00fdch n\u00e1vyc\u00edch a zdravotn\u00edm stavu jsou toti\u017e ty nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kroky k dosa\u017een\u00ed dlouh\u00e9ho a \u0161\u0165astn\u00e9ho \u017eivota.<\/strong><\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdsledky zdravotnick\u00e9ho pr\u016fzkumu, kter\u00fd realizovala spole\u010dnost Huawei, ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee je pro \u010cechy t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 ur\u010dit, kdy by se o sv\u00e9 srdce m\u011bli za\u010d\u00edt starat. To je velmi znepokojiv\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na proto, \u017ee tato v\u011bkov\u00e1 skupina je \u010dasto vystavena nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu stresu, a p\u0159itom zanedb\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed \u2013 n\u00edzk\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 fyzick\u00e9 aktivity, \u010dast\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed stimulant\u016f a nevhodn\u00e1 strava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Lid\u00e9 ve v\u011bku 18 a\u017e 29 let se tak\u00e9 dostate\u010dn\u011b nestaraj\u00ed o prevenci. Podle pr\u016fzkumu si v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159etina mlad\u00fdch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch nezm\u011b\u0159ila krevn\u00ed tlak za posledn\u00edch 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Edukace je pro pevn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159edch\u00e1zet vzniku nemoc\u00ed je mnohem sna\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e l\u00e9\u010dit n\u00e1sledky, proto bychom m\u011bli za\u010d\u00edt db\u00e1t o sv\u016fj \u017eivotn\u00ed styl co nejd\u0159\u00edve. Jedn\u00edm z krok\u016f jsou i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky &#8211; rozhoduj\u00ed o tom, na jak\u00e9 \u00farovni se na\u0161e t\u011blo vyv\u00edj\u00ed, jak regeneruje a funguje. Edukace je v tomto sm\u011bru zcela kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1.
