Pilates je forma cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159uje na s\u00edlu, dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla a flexibilitu. To pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zlep\u0161it celkovou kondici a pohodu. P\u0159i cvi\u010den\u00ed hroz\u00ed daleko ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko zran\u011bn\u00ed ne\u017e u jin\u00fdch nam\u00e1hav\u011bj\u0161\u00edch forem cvi\u010den\u00ed. Pilates je vhodn\u00e9 pro \u00fapln\u00e9 za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edky, ale i pro pravideln\u011b cvi\u010d\u00edc\u00ed. Cvi\u010den\u00ed vynalezl a postupn\u011b zdokonalil N\u011bmec Josef Pilates. Popisuje jej jako metodu kontrologie (od slovesa kontrolovat nebo tak\u00e9 \u0159\u00eddit \u2013 angl. to control \u2013 a \u0159eck\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpony \u2013 logia); byl toti\u017e p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edt mysl k tomu, aby kontrolovala (a \u0159\u00eddila) svaly. Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem CrossFitu je postupn\u011b navy\u0161ovat kapacitu cvi\u010den\u00ed na maximum. Glassman\u016fv program byl tedy speci\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017een pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed kondice a zdrav\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se o vysoce intenzivn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zahrnuje kardio cvi\u010den\u00ed, zved\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch z\u00e1va\u017e\u00ed i tr\u00e9nink flexibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>CrossFit se stal hodn\u011b popul\u00e1rn\u00ed, proto\u017ee zahrnuje neust\u00e1le se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed pohyby prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 v pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00e9 intenzit\u011b. V\u0161echny tr\u00e9ninky jsou zalo\u017eeny pr\u00e1v\u011b na funk\u010dn\u00edch pohybech. Odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed tak nejlep\u0161\u00ed aspekty gymnastiky, vzp\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed, b\u011bhu, veslov\u00e1n\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00edch discipl\u00edn, ozna\u010dovan\u00e9 takt\u00e9\u017e jako kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pohyby \u017eivota.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ePro CrossFit, ale i HIIT, je vhodn\u00e1 lehk\u00e1 barefootov\u00e1 obuv. M\u00e1 toti\u017e pru\u017enou a velmi tenkou pode\u0161ev, kter\u00e1 d\u00e1v\u00e1 mo\u017enost pevn\u011b c\u00edtit zem pod nohama. D\u00e1le pak m\u016f\u017ee zlep\u0161it rovnov\u00e1hu a stabilitu, co\u017e je velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro ka\u017ed\u00fd tr\u00e9nink. Ne ka\u017ed\u00e9ho ale bav\u00ed b\u011bh\u00e1n\u00ed po silnici, chodn\u00edc\u00edch \u010di asfaltov\u00fdch stezk\u00e1ch. I proto je v\u00a0posledn\u00edch letech st\u00e1le popul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jeho ter\u00e9nn\u00ed varianta, tedy trail. Trailov\u00fd b\u011bh, nebo tak\u00e9 b\u011bh v ter\u00e9nu, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do sv\u011bta b\u011bhu dal\u0161\u00ed rozm\u011br.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Trailov\u00fd b\u011bh m\u016f\u017eete provozovat na hor\u00e1ch, ale i kdekoliv v\u00a0ter\u00e9nu kousek za m\u011bstem \u010di p\u0159\u00edmo ve m\u011bst\u011b. Nav\u00edc nejde jenom o b\u011bh, ale i pohyb venku v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b na \u010derstv\u00e9m vzduchu.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eKdo jej vyzkou\u0161el, miluje pr\u00e1v\u011b tu rozmanitost, p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky a neust\u00e1le se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed ter\u00e9n. A m\u016f\u017eete si jej p\u0159izp\u016fsobit sv\u00fdm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m a preferenc\u00edm. V\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee nebudete zat\u011b\u017eovat st\u00e1le stejn\u00e9 svaly na noh\u00e1ch, jako p\u0159i stejnom\u011brn\u00e9m a rovnom\u011brn\u00e9m b\u011bhu po asfaltu. Sportovat a z\u00e1rove\u0148 tr\u00e1vit \u010das se sv\u00fdm d\u00edt\u011btem. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd nav\u00edc m\u00e1 mo\u017enosti hl\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed kdykoliv. Nav\u00edc zde opravdu nepot\u0159ebujete \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u00ed vybaven\u00ed, ale jen vhodn\u00fd ko\u010d\u00e1rek. M\u016f\u017eete se v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 zastavit na kardio cvi\u010den\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b d\u0159ep\u016f a leh-sed\u016f. To \u017ee tento trend se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 i k\u00a0n\u00e1m, m\u016f\u017eeme vid\u011bt v\u00a0parc\u00edch \u010di na stezk\u00e1ch, kde mnoho maminek i tat\u00ednk\u016f sportuje t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12-3-30 tr\u00e9nink<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tento trend se stal v\u00a0roce 2022 celosv\u011btov\u011b velmi popul\u00e1rn\u00ed zejm\u00e9na d\u00edky <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tiktok.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edti TikTok<\/a>. \u010c\u00edsla 12-3-30 ur\u010duj\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed pravidlo, kter\u00fdm se vyplat\u00ed \u0159\u00eddit. Cvi\u010den\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1 na b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edm p\u00e1su, kdy si nastav\u00edte p\u00e1s na 12 % sklon, jdete rychlost\u00ed 3 m\u00edle (tedy cca 4,8 km) za hodinu po dobu 30 minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u017de to zn\u00ed jednodu\u0161e a vypad\u00e1 jako proch\u00e1zka v\u00a0parku?
