Dle p\u016fvodce a d\u00e9lky trv\u00e1n\u00ed rozli\u0161ujeme stres akutn\u00ed a chronick\u00fd. Stres akutn\u00ed je p\u0159irozenou reakc\u00ed organismu na n\u00e1ro\u010dnou v\u00fdzvu \u010di hrozbu.
