Jeho l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed toti\u017e vy\u017eaduje n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvu psychologa \u010di psychiatra, co\u017e je v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice st\u00e1le trochu stigma. Jak poznat, \u017ee se v\u00e1s syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed t\u00fdk\u00e1 a jak se mu br\u00e1nit? To se dozv\u00edte v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku!<\/strong><\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vyho\u0159en\u00ed nen\u00ed oby\u010dejn\u00e1 \u00fanava<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed nen\u00e1padn\u011b, proto je leckdy t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 ho podchytit v dob\u011b, kdy v\u00e1s je\u0161t\u011b nezas\u00e1hne. Hroz\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 povol\u00e1n\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na takov\u00e1, kter\u00e1 maj\u00ed co do\u010din\u011bn\u00ed s prac\u00ed s lidmi. Co je to tedy vlastn\u011b syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed neboli burnout?\u00a0\u201eJedn\u00e1 se o stav chronick\u00e9ho stresu, jak\u00fdsi \u201epsychick\u00fd\u201c \u00faraz, kter\u00fd je n\u00e1sledkem dlouhodob\u00e9ho p\u0159et\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Probl\u00e9m je v tom, \u017ee nejsou tolik specifick\u00e9 a mohou zna\u010dit spoustu jin\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f.&nbsp;&nbsp;Obt\u00ed\u017e je tak\u00e9 v tom, \u017ee nastupuj\u00ed velmi pl\u00ed\u017eiv\u011b, tak\u017ee je nemus\u00edte ani na sob\u011b zpozorovat. Vyho\u0159el\u00e9 jedince \u010dasto bol\u00ed hlava, maj\u00ed tr\u00e1vic\u00ed probl\u00e9my a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed imunitu v\u016f\u010di nemocem. \u010cast\u00e9 jsou tak\u00e9 probl\u00e9my se sp\u00e1nkem,&nbsp;&nbsp;a to bu\u010f nespavost nebo naopak zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 spavost.<strong><\/strong><\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zm\u011bny chov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm ze symptom\u016f je celkov\u00e1 apatie, av\u0161ak syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed se m\u016f\u017ee projevovat u podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost\u00ed a v\u00fdkyvy n\u00e1lad.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Co syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed zp\u016fsobuje<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fvod\u016f, pro\u010d \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee vyho\u0159et je v\u00edce, a je t\u0159eba zm\u00ednit, \u017ee se nemus\u00ed jednat pouze o pr\u00e1ci. Syndrom vyho\u0159en\u00ed v\u00e1s m\u016f\u017ee postihnout i ve vztaz\u00edch \u010di obecn\u011b v \u017eivot\u011b. D\u0159\u00edve \u010di pozd\u011bji v\u00e1s to dostihne a ztrat\u00edte motivaci d\u011blat cokoliv.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Absence kontroly<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eKdy\u017e nem\u016f\u017eete ovlivnit, jak a co d\u011bl\u00e1te a nikdo neposlouch\u00e1 va\u0161e n\u00e1pady na zlep\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 by mohla va\u0161i pr\u00e1ci usnadnit \u010di j\u00ed d\u00e1t lep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkon, po \u010dase m\u016f\u017eete c\u00edtit bezmoc. Nikdo nechce investovat sv\u016fj \u010das jen tak do v\u011btru, proto m\u016f\u017eou tyto nejasnosti v\u00e9st k syndromu vyho\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kter\u00e9 profese postihuje burnout nej\u010dast\u011bji?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyho\u0159et m\u016f\u017ee naprosto ka\u017ed\u00fd, a to i kdy\u017e d\u011bl\u00e1 svou vysn\u011bnou pr\u00e1ci, kter\u00e1 ho za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed bav\u00ed. Je ale pravda, \u017ee jsou profese, kter\u00e9 k tomu vyho\u0159en\u00ed maj\u00ed svou povahou bl\u00edzko. Jsou to:<\/p><br>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pom\u00e1haj\u00edc\u00ed profese<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zdravotn\u00edci<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00edci<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psychologov\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U\u010ditel\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro\u010d? A\u0165 d\u011blaj\u00ed, co d\u011blaj\u00ed, nemohou zachr\u00e1nit ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010di pomoci v\u0161em.
