Krom\u011b toho negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje funkce mozku. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Nedostatek sp\u00e1nku m\u016f\u017ee rovn\u011b\u017e v\u00e9st k&nbsp;p\u0159ib\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed na v\u00e1ze, nebo\u0165 je ovlivn\u011bna hladina hormon\u016f. Hladina tzv. hormonu hladu, ghrelinu se zvy\u0161uje.
